New info

Okay so if anyone is looking for some good exercise stuff to do at home here are some ideas: The 2 week Bikini bootcamp(also known as Amansala)  Yoga tapes   Or there is a really good one called INSANITY you can order it online for only 120$(trust me thats a good deal) its a 60 day workout schedule that will help you get ripped!

So the other day i was watching this documentary called Food Matters. If anybody is interested in learning about whats in our food and the gross stuff junk food does to you i reccomend it! Anyway, when i was watching it the nararator said something about eating 80% raw foods(nuts, veggies, and fruit, not mcdonalds) and 20% meats and poultry. Now to me this seems obvious, the earth creates food and animals for us to eat. It didnt come with a built in soda fountan and doritos.(no offense to all the fans of those things.) It was made with exactly the things we NEEDED which, ironically, are raw foods and meat and poultry. Notice how i said need instead of WANT. There is a huge difference between the two. We need proteins like a good piece of fish or steak. We want a milkshake and some french fries. Now you need ti realize that im not saying never drink a milkshake again in your life, all I'm saying is that those things should be a treat not a part of your daily life.

If that bit of information interested any of you teens out there i suggest a book called The Paleo Solution. Now before you freak out and call me a cave man i just want you to think about something for a minute. What types of food did the people in the early days have available? How healthy were thay? Even think about what people these days look like when they keep to the original human diet.
